Service requests

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability, establish a price, or confirm a reservation. We review each request and provide a quote based on the details of the work. A quote is not a confirmed booking.

Quotes and reservations

Any offered price requires your explicit acceptance. A reservation is confirmed only after the required deposit is verified by RGR and you explicitly confirm the reservation details. Payment proof alone is not payment verification.

Accurate information

Please provide accurate contact, address, item, access, and timing information so we can review and plan the requested service. If important details change, contact us before the work is scheduled or performed.

SMS terms

If you provide a mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages, RGR MOVING & DELIVERY may text you about your service request. These messages may include: confirming your request, requesting missing information, quote delivery, deposit payment instructions, reservation confirmation, appointment reminders, and service updates (such as when the team is on the way or has started the work).

Message frequency varies depending on your request and the progress of the service. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Opting out of text messages does not cancel any service request.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your agreement to receive text messages is separate from your acceptance of these general terms. Providing a mobile number or these terms alone does not enroll you in text messages; SMS consent is collected separately when you agree to receive texts.
